Warranty Returns

If the product is defective due to manufacturing, we will accept its return within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Under those circumstances, you will not be responsible for any shipping cost. We cannot accept returns if the item is broken or damaged due to abuse, misuse, accident, vandalism or unauthorized alterations or repairs. If you would like to exchange or return a product, please E-Mail us or contact Customer Service at 1-800-401-1388 for return instructions. Products cannot be shipped back without authorization from Preeminence. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition for credit to be issued. Custom orders may not be returned.

Satisfaction Guarantee Returns

If there are no manufacturing defects but you are simply unsatisfied with the product, we will accept the return of the unused product in its original packaging up to 90 days from the shipping date. We will be happy to replace the product. If not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund. You would be responsible for shipping costs both ways and a restocking charge of 20% will be added. Returns after 90 days from ship date will not be accepted. Any merchandise returned unauthorized will cause your credit to be delayed or denied. Please return product freight prepaid. Sorry, no COD or Freight Collect shipments will be accepted.
